accountability club marketing edition is a 6-week group coaching program to help you to promote yourself or your work more consistently and with less fear so you can get more eyes on your work and make more money.
with coaching and helpful accountability, you can talk about your work more often and have fun and feel supported while you do it.
this group will help you:
discover what type of marketing feels good to you (it doesn’t have to be doing reels on instagram!)
feel comfortable putting yourself out there frequently (no, you are not bothering people!)
feel safe to show up as you - the world wants authenticity
stop feeling salesy or like you are bothering people when you talk about your work
see that talking about what you do can be way less complicated than you think
find a sustainable way to market your business that doesn’t take all your energy and time
this is for you if:
you want to grow your product- or service-based business (including speakers/teachers who want more gigs, writers pitching their books, artists pitching to galleries and shows)
you want support and tips to get over your fears so you can show up more consistently
you feel any of the following: not ready, scared of not doing it right, scared of rejection, scared of being visible on camera, unsure of what to say or how to say it, unsure of where to begin, tired of keeping your business smaller than it could be.

The first two weeks of the program contain lessons to set you up for success.
I’ll help you get really clear on what you have to offer and why everyone will want it, so you’ll feel more confident talking about your work.
I’ll also help you choose a marketing goal and build a sustainable marketing practice that feels good to you.
Bottom line: you’ll know what to say and where and how often you want to say it.

When you want it, the group and I will give you feedback on your offers so you feel more confident in what you are sending out.

We meet on zoom and we get to work on our projects. Past participants have loved these co-working calls because they boost productivity. It’s easier to get to work when you know others are working, too.
I will give you optional assignments or you can work on your own.

I create super supportive groups that often lead to lifelong friendships. You will be around other people who are struggling with the same challenges with marketing and promotion.

Our first session focuses on the foundations of floral design. From tool basics to flower care and simple composition tips, you’ll start building confidence and finding your creative rhythm.

Participants will be responsible for brining their own lunch, but we'll provide water and some additional snacks throughout the day.

With the basics fresh, we’ll dive into hands-on arranging. We’ll explore shape, scale, and movement while encouraging personal style through floral design.

To close the day, you’ll create a final piece to share with the group. We’ll reflect on your process and celebrate the creativity that unfolded.

i'm tammie bennett, JD, MS.
I combine the skills I’ve learned from owning a product-based business, a BA in journalism, a law degree, a master’s degree in sport psychology, and 18+ years of coaching to help you get unstuck and take steps toward your goals. Especially when it feels uncomfortable or scary.
I have owned several successful businesses and had to market myself in each. I know how scary it is to pitch yourself. I’ve literally sent thousands of emails, hundreds of catalogs and samples, and I’ve stood at national trade show booths with my art many times.
I know how hard it is to hear no or crickets after hitting publish. I also know how good it feels to get a YES! or another sale.
The yeses only happen when you put yourself out there, so I’m on a mission to help you do just that.

You can also ask for coaching anytime in the online portal.
